Meet the Presenter:
Stephanie DeLussey
Stephanie DeLussey is a special education teacher, author of Intentional IEPs, and founder of The Intentional IEP community. Known online as “Mrs. D,” Stephanie has worked in public and charter schools across four states, both urban and suburban. Despite never being formally trained in writing IEPs, she developed her own intentional system after years of trial and error—one that saves teachers time, reduces stress, and improves student outcomes.
Through The Intentional IEP, Stephanie has helped hundreds of teachers learn how to write effective, efficient, and collaborative IEPs without burning out. She believes that when educators have the right tools and support, kids win—and that everything we do should be for the kids.
