NASET Book Giveaway Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of this promotion is the National Association of Special Education Teachers (NASET), 28 Liberty Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10005 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are current NASET members or email subscribers. Employees, officers, and representatives of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible.

3. Promotion Period

Entries will be accepted beginning on [start date] and ending on September 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. EST (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete and submit the entry form available at https://naset.mykajabi.com/iep-giveaway during the Promotion Period. Limit one entry per person. No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. Entry is free and based solely on submission of the entry form.

5. Prize

Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) copy of The IEP Book by Stephanie DeLussey (Approximate Retail Value: $20.00 each). Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes: $200.00. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Drawings will be conducted on or about September 22, 2025. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected. NASET reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this promotion. Winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use of any prize.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and for administration of this giveaway. By entering, you agree to receive occasional email communications from NASET. You may unsubscribe at any time.

11. Governing Law

This promotion and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
